Perceptive Spiritual Counsel and Bed Side Visits: Insightful, honest and straight forward counsel. Support when you feel alone, lost, challenged, or when you are grieving the separation, sickness or loss of a loved one. Bed side visits to comfort your friend or loved one when your presence is required elsewhere. Please note that I am not a chaplain, grief counselor or a psychologist. I am a Naturopath and a known medical intuitive, empath and spiritual counselor. Which means that I have an ability to sense one's emotions and feel underlying physical abnormalities and discomfort, which can open new approaches to healing.

Rehabilitative Patient Care Assistance: This service benefits families, health care and legal professionals. Personable, thorough, stealth. I help you determine if your loved one, patient, or client is receiving the type of care and attention they should be during rehabilitative and long term care. Call me for help and support, your concerns are important. I have training and experience in these environments and can help you communicate your requests for enhancement of care when necessary, or answer your questions concerning care. I discreetly monitor environmental conditions, security and safety, dietary conditions, physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing and interaction with others. You will receive an outlined report of my visit via email.

Research Assistance: With focus primarily on cinical case research, scientific and investigative research. As mentioned on my page titled Philosophy, I have a form of synesthesia that results in perceptual (to see and know) and empathic (to feel) abilities. I use these skills to find and identify useful information that helps guide you to solid conclusions.

Allied Health Consulting: Ideas to assist the healing process through natural therapies or provide balance with conventional therapies. Allied health is beneficial for those who may be resistant to conventional therapies, for those who want to try something different, for those with nonconventional beliefs, or for those facing dietary changes. Some of the therapeutic techniques I suggest can be easily performed at home by a family member or other immediate care provider, which reduces your out of pocket costs. Please note that although I might provide suggestions regarding physical conditions, I do not offer clinical diagnosis.

Energy Healing Through Touch: Touch therapy dates back thousands of years and has many styles and names. Massage, Reiki and Chakra balancing are a few of  the most common. Science has provided plausible evidence that touch may increase the release of endorphins or other chemicals that can reduce pain, although there is no absolute evidence as to why touch can accelerate healing. My own curiosity drove me to research which resulted in documented measurements of changes in vital signs that revealed significant evidence of therapeutic touch and its healing potential.

Power Point Presentations: Understanding Cholera, for rescue and missionary teams, or individual groups traveling abroad. Cholera is a becteria commonly found in disaster relief areas and third world countries. Learn how to work with it. Topical Therapies, for combined care practices, or spa and cosmetology businesses. Natural therapies for numerous concerns. The Power of Touch Therapy, for chiropractic practices, massage therapists, nurses, or other care providers.

Some of the content or photographs in these presentations could be considered sensitive to some, so an open mind is encouraged.

It's a real simple structure,

$2 per minute, $50 per 30 minutes, $75 per hour

for telephone consultations.

I do my best to accomodate your income and needs

Power Point Presentations: At your chosen public location, which must include an electrical outlet, a power point compatible projector and viewing screen or backdrop. Presently I receive an average of $150.00 as a gratuity for my time. Please allow a minimum of two hours for set up, presentation, questions and answers. Contact Teresa at #650-235-6414.

Combined Sessions: Sessions sometimes require a combination of my skills, during these sessions my set fee applies. I always offer a complimentary "get acquainted" introduction period, which reduces your cost. #650-235-6414.

Transit Time: I charge a standard $1.00 per minute fee for transits that are over 30 minutes from the geographic location I am traveling from.Mileage will be validated through a mobile mapping device, for your convenience.

Zen Body accepts Cash, Credit Card and PayPal payments,
